Naseej, which has been partnered with Questionmark since 2022, has recently secured a contract with the Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) to provide comprehensive learning and assessment solutions for TVTC’s 300,000 users. This will be achieved by implementing Naseej’s advanced Medad Learning Management Platform – LMP, supported by Questionmark’s advanced assessment capabilities.
Chelsea Dowd, Strategic Partner Manager at Questionmark, recently sat down with Mohammed Husamaddin, VP of Business Development at Naseej, to discuss the history of Naseej’s services, the project with TVTC, and what makes the partnership with Questionmark so valuable to Naseej’s extensive customer base.
The value we see in our partnership with Questionmark lies in our ability to provide a comprehensive and holistic solution that meets our customers’ complex assessment requirements.

Can you tell us a little about your company’s background and goals?
We are a digital transformation company focused on serving the Middle East. Our mission is to harness the power of technology to help our customers in two key areas: knowledge management and learning management. These are our core capabilities, and we consider them integral to our DNA as a company.
Since our founding in 1989, we’ve expanded our operations throughout the Middle East, with offices in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Beirut, Cairo, and Morocco.
How does the partnership with Questionmark help you deliver impactful solutions for your customers?
Naseej has a legacy of working with its customers hand-in-hand for a long time. Our focus on customer value puts our customers in the driving seat as to how our portfolio evolved. Our customers play a significant role in helping us evolve our portfolio and offerings. Historically, Naseej initially started with a learning management platform. Over time, our customers requested additional features, such as an assessment component, and later, a student information system (SIS), as well as student engagement solutions. This evolution happened naturally in response to their needs.
The value we see in our partnership with Questionmark lies in our ability to provide a comprehensive and holistic solution that meets our customers’ complex assessment requirements. We’ve had considerable success in various implementations of this nature, including the large project with TVTC.

On the subject of TVTC, could you tell us a little bit more about the organization and the overall project?
TVTC is the largest technical and vocational training institute in the Middle East. They greatly impact local communities in the countries through their installed branches that reach urban and far located countryside. Over many years, we’ve built a robust and strategic partnership with their strategy, exploring opportunities to support their objectives and become more involved in their committee efforts with the focus to digitally transforming the training and vocational education in the country.
In terms of the latest project with TVTC, it began when they took a strategic decision to update their learning platform to better meet the diverse needs of trainees across their various branches and institutes. To address this, Naseej introduced Medad Learning Management Platform, which streamlines the management of educational content, enhances interactive learning, and provides comprehensive tracking and reporting.
With Medad LMP being implemented, TVTC can efficiently collect and analyze data to improve student learning and simplify the entire curriculum management process, from development through to execution. However, we recognized the complexity of their assessment needs. Hence, Naseej also recommended adding Questionmark’s assessment platform to complement the Medad LMP. In doing so, TVTC was able to benefit from a truly end-to-end and advanced learning management and assessment solution that better served the needs of its trainees.
One of the main pillars of our combined solution with Questionmark is the powerful reporting capabilities generated from the exams.
Mohammed Husamaddin,
VP of Business Development at Naseej
Was there a particular functionality of Questionmark’s platform that seemed most important for TVTC?
One of the main pillars of our combined solution with Questionmark is the powerful reporting capabilities generated from the exams. Many customers we’ve spoken to who were in similar situations—using a traditional LMS but needing more robust features—often highlight the importance of data and reporting capabilities, which is why the partnership between Questionmark and Naseej is so important.
When we first engaged with TVTC, their primary question was, “How do assessments with Questionmark differ from what we already have, or the one offered by Naseej?” We explained several points of differentiation, particularly on the reporting side, and once TVTC saw the reporting capabilities Questionmark offered, especially the psychometric reports generated from exam results, they were very impressed. So much so, that now after a smooth implementation journey, the project is set to go live by the end of the quarter.
